Bar Boulud serves seasonal French fare, an impressive selection of traditional terrines and pâtés curated by famed Charcutier Gilles Verot and award-winning wines that spotlight Burgundy and the Rhône Valley. An homage to Chef Daniel Boulud’s childhood of growing up in the French countryside with rustic local dishes, Bar Boulud is a casual bistro located in New York City, Boston, and London.

Bar Boulud’s identity is an authentic french bistro, rustic yet refined, and wine-centered. During my time as Art Director, my team and I launched a website redesign, full menu re-work, and a successful wine lover’s segmented email list. I worked tirelessly on a large email program and managed to nearly double click and open rates.
